I have 8700 eggs I wanted to know the best and most efficient way to make gold in runs, can anyone with the same number of eggs as me or less tell me how many gold you make and how?

I don't have a ton or anything, but I saw a screenshot of someone putting loads of gold eggs on big trouser and doing gold runs in the bone zone.

Gold farming is done with Big Trouser in The Bone Zone, with Disco of Gold (and probably Mad Groove) as an Arcanum choice, luck pumping, and probably Greatest Jubilee at max level for the ability to spawn light sources and instantly break new lightsource spawns by continuously walking down.

Just use Queen Sigma with wicked season and disco. Endless mode in bone zone. Her might, curse, xp, and gold bonus keeps scaling as she gets levels. Just let her AFK and come back to billions of gold. Best to keep to skills which won't lag the game if they scale too much.

I don't know if Big Trouser beats it out, but the comparison seems moot. Sigma is ez mode and if you are just letting the game do it afk then it doesn't really matter.

Yep. If you need gold, just use Sigma + Wicked Season + endless.

She has enough rerolls to bruteforce whatever items you want as well as starting with Victory Sword which might be the most powerful weapon in the game. Sigma guarantees you a godrun.

Just make sure you take Wicked Season as your first Arcana. The longer you have that the more gold you'll have at the end.

I did an endless run with her to unlock the Victory Sword and when I quit at around 80 minutes I already had 1.2 million gold. I could have kept going if I really wanted to.

Put between 2000-4000 eggs on Big Trouser, choose Greatest Jubilee as your 1 weapon, and rock Bone Zone in Inverse Endless. Arcanas: start with Wicked Season, then Disco of Gold, then Sarabande of Healing, and you can leave it afk from there.

I did this overnight one night, and ended up with over 121 million gold. I still haven't used all of it.

What exact pickups would you recommend?

There's a gold farming guide (Sigma gold farming or something?) over in the Guides section that's pretty close to the suggestions from this thread and has some newish comments. Without working very hard, I reported something like 1.1M gold in half an hour of real time (endless mode, but I didn't feel like waiting around), and a bit later a guy reported even more in that time with similar setups. That was with Big Trouser on Endless Hyper Inverse Moongolow, and I just grabbed every item except Skull o Manic because I'm too lazy to optimize things. Moonglow's nice just because you're not likely to die from early mistakes, although it can get tough to kill things with Trouser, and naturally neither of those is really a problem with Sigma. I imagine with Wicked Season you might after a very long time Curse yourself beyond your capacity to kill things but, again, probably not in any reasonable amount of time with Sigma.

Also nice about using Trouser is that I can keep the Curse down so my ♥♥♥♥♥♥ laptop doesn't melt from too many things on the screen. Maybe I'll try Bone Zone and see if I get better results, although that'd take actual work picking and choosing and the lack of chicken could be annoying early on. The nice thing about Moongolow is that I'm not going to false start with Trouser ever, although Sigma's results are probably about the same according to that guy's comment in the Guide and she's tough enough that nothing matters, so whatever.
