I am 20 mins in with the maxxed queen, but im playing with all the modifiers but inverse. I dont know if endless prevents you from getting it

Just did it, no lightning ring required, just went right.

I done all achivments, for me it was only 2 new. Then i going to bridge on right side and find him on 7 min

The new Power Up is Seal, you get it after banishing 10 items in any single game.

The new character feels pretty powerful, though I wonder how they stack up on cursed/inverse

Go to the collection page in the start menu. Click on what you dont want.

If you are asking to unlock the Achievement, you can Banish them when you level up. Use the button there to Banish an item from the options there. Once you finish banishing 10 on the same game, you will unlock the acievement and the new Power Up named Seal, that will then let you Ban items from the Collection.

Just enter the tiny bridge stage (use any character u like) and walk to the right, maybe u would have to walk for a few minutes once u walk enogh a blue oni will appear, kill him and u will have it.
