I am in an endless loop of level-ing up, imprisoned in my own op-ness

so I had the bright idea of starting a game with cosmo in endless mode and focusing on using the card that does damage per healing and the gold fever card as well. (you heal every time you get money)

I am unkillable and I kill everything, especially with the evolved pentagram. I gain a level per second currently. However since I am constantly leveling up I can't open up the option/pause menu. My billions in cash are going to go to waste if this keeps up.

sadge. Perhaps in future versions you should be able to open up the options menu even when you'Re in the process of leveling up.

p.s. the game slows down when you'Re not focused on the window of the game btw (but you don't slow down in leveling up?) I'm hoping to catch up in levels to my xp pool this way. currently at level 10000, more on this later.

edit: I was right. The leveling up doesn't slow down, it even speeds up so I ended up catching up to my leveling pool. Truly amazing. currently level 20000 with 3.7B coins at 300 minutes

You can select random/always when levelling up. This stops the levelup screen from showing. Unless you already did that and you mean that the game wont let you pause while it's trying to calculate your level?

yup. you can't press keys to open up the pause menu while you're in random level ups. however the translucent pause button in the top right of the screen works it turns out. I just didn't think to use it until just now. quite comical.

Yeah that button is handy if you are in a high lag scenario too like using a certain weapon in il moilese if you have damage numbers on.

OMG I love you for this. I kinda never realised that too, I were at lvl ~116k and then got arcana 0, to no longer get xp, but I am still leveling up right now, at lvl 135k. My farming method seems to be a little off tho, I got around 50k eggs and at (kinda forgot the game) 940min I have only 2.25Bil coins. I found a better one tho, lag free, so faster lvl up and in theory working endless and gold gain is relative to egg amount. around 3.5h to regain spent gold. again thank you for this

Ah thanks, that was very helpful. Yeah ESC stops working when you're too powerful. I can't even see the translucent pause button, but found it clicking below gold count.
