Cappella Magna - need advice

So i want to fight the last boss in the stage but it seems like i need to do something special to trigger the fight it, not just wait 30 minutes as some guides hints. All i get is classic end (reaper dance) plus thousands of enemies rushing to me like crazy. What need to be done?

Kill all the Reapers. After the 30:00 mark, the Ender spawns.

I kinda found it out myself. The problem was i had no yellow sign. After i picked it up, the relic in Magna spawned and that was the sign of boss appearing at the end. Before the yellow sign, not even rainbow brothers(mini-reapers) didn't appear.
