Eudaimonia M Stage not appearing

I have every relic unlocked, the only thing missing from unlocks and collection are fireworks

Did you check the bottom of the levels list?

I have this problem, too. I have all the achievments/unlocks/secrets except the one for beating this level.

apparently you have to start an endless run and after that the stage is selectable again

It didn't work the first time I tried but after doing a long run of about 80 minutes and quitting out of boredom it worked!
