Leave the chests or grab them?

I wonder what most people do. Do they grab the dropped chests from the bosses or do you leave them there and wait until you're able to upgrade them?

I always used to grab them, but now I just leave them there until I am able to upgrade my items. Seems just a bit easier

In most maps there is no benefit to saving up chests as evolution chests will only ever drop after ten minutes, except at Dairy Plant where you have a chance at an evolution chest that might drop before that ten minute mark.

Since the addition of Mad Groove I don't pick them up until I need them. They are close enough that it doesn't matter.

I tend to like to leave about two chests and then pick up any that drop after that once the ten minute mark hits, just to make sure that I have a chest available to upgrade my weapon, and account for the fact that one of them may give me a new arcane.

What happend to the Dairy Plant Music? it changed. It was an awesome track now its just a completley different song.

8 minutes. Any chest before the 8 min mark can be safely looted without concern of losing an evo.

After I evo all my weapons in a run, i typically ignore chests as they just interrupt the flow of the run.

depends on the map. p sure the 1 min bat on mad forest can evolve weapons, if it drops the chest.

as to the actual topic, i get them asap, unless i've got wicked season. then i wait for the gold boost timer.

Depends on the weapons im running. I dont actually care all that much if the runetracer doesnt evolve, but getting death spiral up asap might be more of a priority. But overall, unless there's a pressing need to have a certain item evolve there's more than enough chests to evolve all my stuff eventually. And most good weapons are already good enough at max level even without their evolution

I look at the time and my upgrades. If I am close to an evo and I won't get another chest soon I save it, otherwise I grab it. Chests give free upgrades, so you should always grab them asap, because better weapons means you kill enemies faster and level faster.

Every normal stage has two music tracks now.
You need a relic to choose between them, though.

Oh and some characters have their own music track that seems to take precedence over the stage music.
