Can't unlock infinite mode.

Playing Vampire survivor for sometime already and had unlocked all the collection before 1.0

When i launched the game with 1.0 and my save i went to the special stage where i got one of the two new item and then i left.

Now the issue i can't enter this special stage anymore, i have only 2 objects missing in my collection (Trumpet and firework) but i can't unlock them. I tried various characters, tryed changing the stage options, hyper limit break everything i could i have not the option to select this new stage at all.

Playing on W7 with a Geforce 1660, version is 1.0.113 but makes no real difference as it's buggy from 1.0

The fireworks are unlocked by beating the Director. If you beat him, then you need to go into a stage and get 'equip' the fireworks on your character. Do that and exit the run.

I can't enter Eudaimonia for a second time. the choice just disappeared after entering once and getting the trumpet

Seventh Trumpet unlocks Endless Mode, are you not seeing it as a stage option? Does it show up in your collections tab?

If you DO see Seventh Trumpet and are trying to go for the Mirror, then you need to do a run with Endless Mode active. Go to 31minutes and then quit and you should be able to reenter Eudaimonia.

I found an other post saying to load up a map with all modifiers active, get out and Eudaimonia will be back. must be a bug

Not a bug as that is how the Patch Notes to version 1.0 details how to unlock the new stuff.

As a piece of advice... always take the time to read Patch notes for updates to the game when they get released.
