Pretty much, but that usually requires using the Max HP buff (unless you're using Minnah), so you have to sacrifice a much better support item to use it. So I still hate it lol. I only use it on stages where Max HP buff is an on-stage pickup.
I tried this recently and it made Shadow Pinion an amazing weapon. Pair it with the Arcana that gives it explosive effects, and it absolutely shreds bosses like no other. KB+M master race FTW, just sayin'
Knives are boring to...like...nothing happens. Feels like throwing a non-chewed bubbelgum at an elephant, nothing happens.
Also seems nobody here likes weapons that require any positioning or actual thought to use efficiently.
Celestial Dusting and cart also kinda seem to suck for me.
There are a lot of meh weapons, but I don't necessarily dislike them.
It... does, especially since the weapon's cooldown scales with your Movement Speed and you can just lay with keyboard and fire with left mouse button.
Shadow Pinion will delete bosses if rapid-fired at them.
I shouldn't give the impression that a skill must reach that damage threshold since slash/scythes are one of the hardest hitting attacks in the game. The point is more that one clears the screen while standing AFK, the other needs constant movement and manipulation. For the amount of effort needed, it should be able to clear the screen as well as slash/scythes.
For me personally, it is not a satisfying skill to use. I don't enjoy putting in more effort for low damage.
Vento Sacro is another that you are best rapidly tapping up and down to get the CDR without screwing up your position.
I guess if you want the most powerful build you'd always build stuff like Lancet or Vento, usually though I just want to autopilot with minimal effort until close to the end. Also some maps don't really allow for any positioning.
For me.. I hate the basic Magic Wand, don't really see when its ever useful besides maybe with Waltz but then it performs just onpar other weapons..
Llama_Over_Lord is right, there are a lot of bad takes in this thread.
