Reroll egg results?

So to my understanding the results from eggs are completely random. Is it possible to reroll the stats you got from eggs on a character? Two of my characters have roughly the same amount of eggs and one seems way better than the other.

Hopefully they will change this (and allow to select one stat or something) or once the game hit 1.0 , mods will allow it
Because even on the long run you can get a character scewed or just "not fun" to play once egged.

Which characters are they? Some characters are just plain better than others, with both the best and the worst having the "secret character" designation.

How could a character be screwed ? Eggs are only bonuses so the character can only be stronger, and afaik there is no limit on egg ? So if you don't like your eggs rolls, just get more eggs.
If you meant screwed because character is too strong and no challenge anymore, you can deactivate eggs so there is no problem at all

If you meant screwed because character is too strong and no challenge anymore, you can deactivate eggs so there is no problem at all

Some of you my not have noticed a feature in the main menu, the checkbox for "Eggs" at character selection. Lower left area directly under all the character stats. If you uncheck that box, you can play the character "de-egged". Uncheck the box and you will see your character's stats return to normal without the egg bonuses.

Granted, this does not reset eggs collected, but it does give you the ability to play the character again in it's released state, if you feel it has been "ruined" by over egging. A reset feature would be nice at some point.

Absolutely. Some characters even has base curse.

There's like 4 major items that all raise curse right now and even if you level them early, a no egg character should still be able to deal with it fairly easily. No issues at all stacking all 4 curse items. Hell, if you really hate the curse, respec the upgrades and remove your store curse.

I just can't imagine an 1k egg character increasing only curse to such an extent the rest of the eggs don't balance it out naturally.

By increase Curse more and more ?

And not that's not always "good to have" , since it can ♥♥♥♥ you up in the late run, you can totally not have enough power to stay alive, let alone with limited weapon run.

When you want to increase some stat specifically to have fun with the game (like increase the speed of character that are based on speed, or number on charc. based on number, or same with area etc...)
IT can be a really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ pain to just never got this stats and keep increasing curse over and over.
There is 19 stat , that's 1 out of 19 chance to get what you want.
Yeah sure also to get curse so "pRoOF ItS NoT a BiG dEaL BruH" , but you can still be unlucky and roll Curse over and over and never get the stat you actually want to increase.

And if you want to go the route of "it balance out , that probability bruuuuh"
Yeah well if you want to spend 1.000 hours in the game to farm 100.000 egg on your character to finnally "balance out" the stat you want to increase and have fun , be my guest and make this game your new MMO.

But not everyone want that
Not everyone like to spend thousand of hours, even with AFK Farm build
Not everyone want to balance out the stat with thousands of egg just to try to have some fun with a still interesting mechanic.

Having the choice would be a good add, as long as it's a choice you can keep the fun of the RNG if you want.
I wouldn't call that an "easy mode" in my oppinion.

You can always edit your save file and delete the eggs and try again.

Yeah well if you want to spend 1.000 hours in the game to farm 100.000 egg on your character to finnally "balance out" the stat you want to increase and have fun , be my guest and make this game your new MMO.

I wouldn't call that an "easy mode" in my oppinion.

Grinding eggs literally make the character stronger, no matter the stats you end up getting. It's statistically impossible to have a character screwed by curse powerups, since you literally scale even faster with them. More curse means more exp, which means faster scaling (especially with limit break). If you limit yourself to 1 weapon, it's on you, and not every weapons are equal as you should know by now. If curse is such an issue, you can refund the curse passive powerups and avoid curse items altogether. You don't even have to spend a single hour farming eggs to balance out an issue that does not exist.

So I'm not really sure what's your problem with curse here. Even on the Bone Zone with the Stalker and the Guardian scaling extremely high with curse, there are ways to deal with them. The player outscales anything else by a large margin.

That's a risk you agree to by using eggs.
