No Future + Bloodline?

Has this been changed or nerfed? I feel like the explosions on ricochet used to count as retaliation, but not now? Or was there another arcana interaction?

Feel like it's gone from 70K%+ might gain to 700% ish

The might gain is based on the difference between your current and maximum health. If you're healing it up as you get your max health boosts, there wont be any might gain from the retaliation damage on its own.

Oh I know, but I was getting up to like 100K hp in a single run, and now it feels like much less than that.

It's in the patch notes that they fixed the regular explosions to not count as retaliations. If you want to gain HP you have to get hit now.

There might have been some nerf, but it's definitely not true that you need to get hit for the HP gain. NO FUTURE is still currently working for me to get a ton of HP on its own. OP only getting 700% Might would have to either be a case of healing up the damage too much, or another weapon stealing the kills consistently.

That's nice. This isn't the Public Beta discussion forum, nor did the OP mention the Beta. If the OP can confirm that they just put the topic in the wrong forum, that would be a fair explanation for sure though!

I'm sorry you lack simple deductive reasoning. If the OP is saying that No Future isn't counting as retaliation for him, it's OBVIOUS he's on the beta branch.

Your deduction says they didn't realize they should post their question about the Public Beta in the Public Beta forum, or even mention that they're in it...? You're not exactly giving them a better out here. I'm also not sure why you're trying to make this personal.
