It just happens at the end of moonglow if you aren't using a secret character and haven't completed it yet. There's no time component involved.

it was never a season event, its open all the time. this game has never had season events idk why you would think it would. how exactly did you miss it? how did you find out it even existed since it's a secret anyways? if you want to ask for help ask for help

What a sad loser if that is the case. One thing to cheat but then to be all dumb about it breaking events and going to the forum to cry about it just downright sad

I don't have a problem with cheating, but "I'm proud of it" after just deciding something wasn't happening because "it must have been a seasonal event and that's terrible," and not as a product of "game thinks I already did it" is pretty lame bro.

What's the logic behind thinking it's seasonal?
Also, there's singleplayer games with seasonal events? Couldn't you just game them by changing system clock?
