unlocked scroll of morbane - secret codes?

Hey,
I have unlocked the scrolls of morbane. If am not wrong, there a "spells" I can now type in to unlock some secret characters. None of them seem to work when I type them in.... any idea what am I doing wrong?

Just so you're aware, "spellcasting" = cheat codes. Only use them if you want to cheat yourself out of actually playing the game. Only one secret character is unlocked by a cheat code, and that is Exdash. The secrets (secret characters) on the left are otherwise unrelated to the spellcasting interface on the right.

He can be, but it's a very low chance. And apparently if you unlock him with the Clover, Toastie won't appear, so you still need to enter the code to be able to get the other two ghosts.

its a single player game so it really doesn't matter how they decide they want to play the game. Its like the infinite gold mechanic so you can buy golden eggs and make your characters incredibly op.

Damn straight, @sleepy. I don't care if people choose to cheat, I just wanted OP to make an informed decision about it. I've seen several people on this forum regretting skipping a boss fight due to rampant, uninformed spellcasting, and there's currently nothing they can do about it.

well the problem is also that the cheat codes seems to break the game and make some items/relics, chars etc unusable if you use the relevant cheatcode
