is yellow sign achievement bugged?

still dont have it. you just have to get to the end of the hallway after 15 minutes in the new map right? Also, in the collection, there's nothing there, the box is empty.

I am having this same bug. I got the yellow sign, I then went and got both of the new characters, but the yellow sign achievement didnt pop. And according to the wiki this isnt repeatable so it isnt able to be gotten. I am sad as I enjoy keeping all the achievements topped off. (i closed and restarted already).

That achievement randomly popped for me like the next day after I unlocked it

Have you evolved Clock Lancet and Laurel? I recall someone encountering this bug and by unlocking those achievements it backtracked and unlocked that achievement as well.

go into collections and click it and it will unlock

you find the yellow sign after surviving for 15 minutes on the new map (moonglow?). Then you get teleported to a new map - you need to make it to the end to get it.

I believe the two rings that then spawn on the maps are needed with lancet and laurel (so 4 items all up). You need to be using the map to see where the rings are but they are also opposite sides of the map.

Hm... I have been in the secret room in moonglow and I've managed to survive there... but don't have any yellow sign unlocked. I believe I took everything that was there.

Two rings, lancet, laurel... so only issue is which map. But I can check those that are already unlocked, maybe I find rings there.

unlocked after i got the cloak achievement
