If you have to interact with something on the left side, the marker should be on the left side.
If there is nothing on the right side to interact with (or at least gives a hint to your goal), there is no use in a marker on the right side.
The markers are placed to inform and help the player.
If a marker doesn't do that (and instead just confuses the player, who looks up and down on the right side) it is against it's own purpose.
its your job to find out how to get there.
no stup ♥♥♥♥ hand holding. :)
there is a intentended way to reach it
I often find people who complain about handholding in a game dont actually know what it is.
A accurate marker isnt handholding. a guideline with a glowing light leading right to it is handholding. please do better.
If you want to "figure out" things, go play games with puzzles and riddles as their theme.
Vampire Survivors has so far been a game where you could lay back, relax, turn your brain off and slaughter waves of foes. And if there was an interesting marker, you could simply go there, pick it up and then return to happy slaughtering.
That is fine and that works.
It should have a sparkling/glowing aura around the mirror and the mirror is on the left side on a 'north' facing wall, in the same area. It can be hidden by weapon effects, so you might want to turn off damage numbers and flashing VFX, if you have them on.
Agree with this above. I have my VFX off because on Boneyard with the cats running until you evolve they can "hide" stuff. Actually if the markers for chests were a bit easier to see I wouldn't have a issue with this.
