Your build looks fine, but personally I'd evolve guns and get rid of axe. Evolving guns is nice because it frees up a weapon slot, and with cooldown books, they become a permanent effect.
If you're really struggling to get health regen, evolve whip along with the evolved garlic. Having a bigger HP bar from the hollow heart needed for evolving whip and all the drain that those two weapons provide help a lot.
Bible is pointless because you'll have enough DPS to just kill everything, especially with La Borra protecting you.
I'd recommend something like Soul Eater, La Borra, No Future, Vicious Hunger, and Song of Mana. Other good candidates are things like Hellfire, Death Spiral, and Thunder Loop. Or make the last weapon Lancet if you want the 5 bonus eggs for killing Death. It should go without saying that you should take both rings and Metaglios whether you're building for Infinite Corridor and Crimson Shroud or not, as the Silver Ring gets you even more area, the two curse items get you more enemies and therefore more money, and killing the 4 Guardians gets you another 4 eggs.
Passives you'll want to work in are Candelabrador and Torrona's Box, as both give you extra area. That may mean having two weapons that you don't bother to evolve, if you aren't taking Death Spiral. Song is a weapon you don't need to evolve, and you don't have to evolve Garlic into Soul Eater, although doing so gives you more area. You absolutely want La Borra and No Future evolved, and you really want Vicious Hunger if you can get it, and you want the Stone Mask even if you didn't take Gatti because the whole point of a Bone Zone run is to get as much gold as possible, so it just makes sense to have Vicious Hunger.
Obviously your first Arcana pick MUST be Disco of Gold. You should be trying to have Gold Fever going as close to constantly as possible. Your second and third picks can be things like Awake (More revives means more beams from Phieraggi), Sarabande of Healing (Makes you pulse AoE damage nonstop during a Gold Fever event. Be careful as if you haven't killed all 4 Guardians before you get both Disco and Sarabande you can end up sucking the Guardians in with Sarabande's damage pulses which is bad), and Tragic Princess to make Garlic/Soul Eater, La Borra, and Thunder Loop (If you decided to take that) do more damage. Situationally, if you decided to take Hellfire you might want Waltz of Pearls and/or Heart of Fire, and if you took Death Spiral you very likely want Slash and/or Iron Blue Will.
As a final aside: Modding the game is trivially easy, and Concetta's starting weapon is garbage. Switching her to starting with something more useful is not difficult in the slightest.
Edit: It should also be noted that everything said here applies equally to using Smith, who is "Concetta but better in almost every way".
I don't remember what my build was when I was starting out doing it, I'll have to experiment and rediscover it.
What wasn't mentioned in any of the posts is that it is VERY important if you're farming gold is using gatti amari (cats) and then evolving them into vicious hunger with the stone mask passive. First, if you're farming gold you should always want to have stone mask for the gold gain increase. Second, vicious hunger not only turns xp on the ground into gold, making it MUCH easier to maintain gold fever, but it also will pick up and deliver gold bags off screen to you, which means you can basically stand still and farm gold once your build is complete.
This is even more useful on Bone Zone as the braziers spawn at the fastest rate regardless of your luck stat and do not drop any items other than gold bags and coins.
i ended with over 100k gc for the run. once she got running with a few weapons she handled things okay. i totally forgot song of mana lol. used to be my favorite weapon until i used pug.
i think i am going to get another 2 million gc together and toss it in smith. i average about 250-300k a run boneyard with pug.
and thank you for stopping by to comment everyone. a big reason i come back to this game daily is the community here and how everyone wants to help everyone else. always something new to learn.
then the new ms marvel episode after that.

just unevolved lighting ring should be enough.

EDIT:

if i can just get to 150 greed i can forgo garlic evolution to get stone mask, boosting greed overall to 200% + 100% from stage allowing for 3 gold coins per kill instead of 2.
EDIT2:
Scratch that, it seems to round up from anything over 250%.
