the more eggs you put in, the faster you earn gold. It all snowballs. If you get 1m gold per run, that's 100 eggs worth.
Anyhow, just showing what the results of 10k eggs is... in other words, after a certain point, you should stop putting golden eggs on your character, lol.
Rather than shoving all your golden eggs on one character, I would suggest spreading them out a little?

Yes... so I'm giving this as a warning, so that no one spends 100 hours grinding golden eggs on his favourite character... only to be filled with regret.

Hopefully a later update will have the option to selectively downgrade egg-boosted stats so that you can stop things from getting completely out of control.

I also wouldn't be totally against some sort of max per character of stats or number of eggs that can be used.

5 minutes with cheat engine and autoclicker to purchase 30 eggs per second

Not long. The more Eggs you have, the easier it is to get more.

I farm Bone Zone for gold and then just buy the Eggs. I get just over 3mil gold every 30min. That's over 300 Eggs per run. 10 runs = 3000 Eggs. That's only 5hrs. You don't even need to play once your Armor is high enough to survive every hit. You just get your upgrades and then afk and watch youtube until the run ends.

I'd also like to point out that killing the cloaks that guard the 'hidden' items gives an egg as a drop also.

This is why I'm not bothering with farming the eggs. It's a nice boost, but I don't want to entirely trivialize the game for myself. I would lose interest at that point.
I'm guessing they're going to do a balance pass on this at some point. I just hope when (if) they do, they don't go too far in the opposite direction making the eggs pointless.

As soon as i hit 1k on my Pugnala i realised if i kept pushing it up it would just become absurd. Now i just grind gold to level up my other characters on Pugnala. You only gain 9 eggs for a normal run so as long as you don't spend gold on a character it takes like a really long time to make them broken. It would take another 1000 runs for me to reach this point. Pretty sure i'l get bored before i do another 50.
