No Randomazzo select issue

checked my collected Randomazzo & Yello sign already enabled.
VI, VII , VIII , X ....these cards are show up and finished.
But when start any of game, there is no Randomazzo select screen

I have no idea is there other option need to configure or change ?
game version: 0.11.306
Also tried cheat code force to enable the Randomazzo but no lucky
Is this a Bug or should I remove all of game and reinstall ?

When you start a game, make sure you have Arcana enabled. There's a checkbox next to the Hyper, Hurry, and Limit Break checkboxes.

It's my oversight that always use the quick start to go....LOL
