Optimal (legit) golden egg farm?

I'm running moonglow (15 min map) no hurry, for 12 eggs per run.
I'm also getting anywhere between 30 and 60k gold, effectively resulting in +3~6 paid eggs.
Is there more optimal/faster strategy?
No cheating/save edit that is.

i am doing 200k gold in bone zone quietly, enough for me. i don't even obliged myself to kill guardian or cardinal bonus/malus anymore (too boring).

DON'T DO IT... or at least do it to a character you don't enjoy playing with lol... I knew this would happen so I used Pasqualina because she's obsolete now.

In a way it is kinda insane how dense everything looks at 10k.
My goal is to just get Pugnala to be as fast as Reaper. I like Pugnala for his starter weapons, but I love moving super fast, too.

Does not sound like off topic to me. He is warning about what happens when you do get to 10k eggs from farming. This topic is about how to farm, but there are dangers to getting to the point where you have a bunch of eggs.
The danger is as mentioned, the character you like becomes unplayable.

I think there is a mod on nexus, that auto-skips level up screen once it becomes money/turkey, but I've never even considered it.

I am doing Gold runs on the Bonezone. Starting with Pugnala, upgrading the guns first after min. 10, next upgrading the cats. Since many destructables spawn all the time, independent of your luck, i get around 350k Gold each run with 83% curse at the moment (through golden eggs). Currently i have 498 Golden Eggs on Pugnala.
