Leda?

How do you find Leda, ive played Gallo Tower about 5 times now, ive gone all the way down to the point where the map is just a circle and black all around, up to 25mins and higher, and i still havent .. found him. I mean ive even beat the crab.
Have i gone too far and gone past him?

nah, he isnt an instant kill he takes at least 2-4 times longer than a normal boss to kill if you find him .. you'll definitely know you found him.

No he's got a lot of HP so it should take time for him to die and you wouldn't miss him.

Photon levels negative.

Blue reaper (drownie?) will prevent you from going past, locking you in with a death wall.

Sounds like you got close, but didn't push QUITE far enough.

Finally got him! I skipped going up for the Bracers and "settled" with 7 accessories, giving me more time to take said time down there in the dark.

Sort of kind of not really? The spinning symbols on the sides spell out "I AM ALIVE HERE" as you keep going down. It's kind of a lame secret cause there's no reason to walk that far down normally but it's still better than Exdash, Toastie, or Red Mask.

How do you get Toastie and Red Mask? I have Exdash, though I don't remember how I got it.

You get Red Mask by killing the red reaper (final boss at the 30 min mark that always kills you). Yes you can kill it, its quite hard but doable. Look up for some guides.

And you get Toastie by killing the green reaper in Stage 3: Dairy Plant. Green Reaper doesn't appear always, its like 30% chance that he spawns at 8 and 12 min marks and you can only kill him with either the cart on the map hiting him or with the cross item drop that kills everything on screen. Apparently evolved Pentagram works as well but haven't tested it so no info on that.

And as soon as you kill the green reaper you will see Toastie icon in bottom right of the screen and you need to press down and enter (you need to be very fast, you have less than a second) and you will hear a melody and your character is then unlocked.

The easiest way is to just destroy lanterns untill you get the cross item drop and then stand next to it, wait for the green reaper to spawn (he only can spawn at 8 and 12 min mark, if he doesn't then restart), collect the cross to kill him and be ready to immediately press down, enter.

Just did it with Poe.
Just went straight down. Went for Garlic/Bible/Water and most importantly early Attractaorb for levels while walking

I reached him around 11 Minutes and Killed him at ~15:00

The OTHER method for toastie is to go down until you get a boss in the tower, and then use evolved pentagram to kill drowned... giant crab is 25 minutes, so you're guarenteed to get blue reaper at that time, just have to wait for the next trigger of glorious moon.

Go farther down... Literally pitch black dark down. it way down there... I found him on my first try last week... I thought I was doing something wrong but just kept going and keeping my eye out. He does appear eventually

You can also unlock Toastie with blue reaper. When I went for Leda blue reaper constantly spawned, so I went for pentagram and got an ez Toastie while searching for Leda.
