Bug: Whip evolution not available
I've been trying to get the last achievement 3 times now, on full runs. The whip does never get it's evolution, all other weapons work fine. I can only assume this to be a bug, all other weapon evolutions are available each run and are all completed before I default to the gold bag/roast rewards from XP once everything is levelled up, but the whip evolution never appears (opened plenty of chests after upgrading it all the way and it being the last upgrade to get).

I think it's thematic. So the Hollow Heart evolves the whip into the Bloody Tear.
