Where to find "Little Clover" and "Stone Mask"?

Im missing these two items and I don't know how/where to fin them. Every other item/achievement is completed but those two items never spawn on my runs.

Can somebody help me? Thanks!

clover: random drop from candles/fires, keep at it. Stone mask: go right for a long time in the library.

Stone masks as far as I've seen spawn in the square runic looking floor tile on one of the upper rooms in the library. Never seen it anywhere else but I've only seen two spawns so I'm not an authority on the matter. Just run a direction and keep high. I glows a bit. you wont miss it.
TBH I've just seen clovers randomly. I'll default to the other guy on that and assume my weapons have hit them too quick. Just keep covering ground.
