After about 15 attempts finally killed all the guards like people said, and she never popped out the chest. I left the area a bit, came back, still she didn't pop out.

I spent way too much time, way too much effort... It's making me really really really not like the game right now.

I'm not sure if this is some bug or what, but it's destroying the fun of the game, when an unlock is impossible.

I just walked over the coffin and she popped.

Yes. I got the map in the first Dairy run, have been so far into her casket I might as well have popped out the other side of a multiverse.

I had to wait for a while for it to unlock. I was about 20 min into the round.

Try to make sure your character is above the Coffin? I remember when I first walked over it I was under the coffin and nothing was happened. Moved slightly off and back on and my character was on top and then it opened.

Kill the guardians first, then stand on the coffin. If it doesn't pop, I had more luck near the top of the coffin.

Did you by chance have Pentagram?

It did before. It got patched. Was just curious if it was still happening. Honest question dang.

Nope, I do PoE runs with Garlic, Bible, and whatever else. I've been meaning to do a Pentagram run, but haven't ever picked it up.

Be sure you kill all the guards. If you have lots of knockback, they might have be shoved away off-screen so do a really wide sweep of the area around the coffin.

I think you have to break it open. I stood over it after killing the guards with pentagram and it opened in like half a second

I was confused too, not quite sure what got it to pop open. I found it, saw it didn't open right away, hung out for a while walking around the area, kept walking over it, and then decided that it probably wouldn't pop until the 30 minute mark. Hung out around the area and at one point while strolling over it, it popped. Not sure 'exactly' what caused it, but was just hanging around killin' stuff and grabbing gems. Probably twenty minutes or so into the round?

Defeating the guards and touching the coffin are the only 2 conditions. Guards can be pushed away, so make sure you chase them all until their knockback is fixed
