But seriously, if you have to wait for a sale for a game as cheap as this you might want to rethink your priorities.

Funny thing, this account was given to me as a gift and i barely spent any money. I don't have any reason to lie and all what i asked for is a sale.
Also burgers in my place costs around 3$ little bit lower

If that EVER happens. The game's just $3USD, Steam will never offer a sale for this game as it's already dirt cheap, so OP will be waiting for all of eternity.

I'm also from a country with a poor economy but I was able to afford this game. So what do you think of that? Also this game deserves to have a higher pricetag even, because of the amount of enjoyment it offers.
