are there even any? killing a hundred braziers yielded exactly 0 of them in 30 minutes with max luck... is it just my annoying bad fortune?

The dropchance for the item is also luck based. just like the floor chicken. sometimes you got none or barely any in an entire run. other times you got 10+ in a run.

literally had it dropped 3 times in one game without any luck boosting, so RNG slapping hard.

luck, the loaded cursed kind. i went 30 level ups with my second choices being black heart and armor, never did evolve the new guns before being forced to pick up a bracer instead, which turns out makes the bible god tier.
