Antonio is per 10 level gains 10% might, cap at 50% which is level 50.
Pugnala gets same might progression and doesn't need to wait each 10 level, and continues to scale after level 50.
Antonio has a bit higher HP and armor but he also stuck with Whip while Pugnala has dual weapons start and much better overall.
So yes, she's op in that essence that she is almost better than some old chars in every way.
She is not notably easier than anyone else, everyone is overpowered eventually because like I said that's the whole point really
Like Poe has a bit of magnet boost but that's it (you likely want to get Attractorb still because Borra is one of the best weapons in the game), he even suffers HP penalty for it. Garlic start just reroll, it's not really that hard to get.
Sure you can say that he is underpowered instead and I kinda agree. Still the point is she is better than majority of the old characters, and while I don't really think she needs a nerf, the others definitely will need some tunings to not feel obsolete.
You obviously evolve them to get the slot back.
Gun upgrade stays with lvl5 cd reduc book and talisman, added bracer for super fast runes. too strong.
