It looks like the ROG Ally Z1 Extreme should be able to run Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO at 60fps, based on its hardware capabilities. The ROG Ally Z1 Extreme boasts solid performance for AAA games, especially on lower or medium settings, given its 8-core/16-thread Ryzen chipset and RDNA3 GPU. However, achieving consistent 60fps will depend on the game's final optimization and what graphical settings you use.

I wouldn't get your hopes up since its a Japanese game made in ue5. Best case scenario is you have to go into the GameUserSettings.ini and manually lower the settings and you have to deal with stuttering for a few weeks (like p3r and lollipop chainsaw), worst case scenario is dragons dogma 2 where its unplayable

On the rog ally? Are you high? I'm playing episode aigis on my z1 extreme right now and even though I'm playing at 720p with view distance, anti aliasing, shadow quality, post processing, effects, foliage and shading set to 1 with the gamesusersettings.ini set to read only so the game doesn't reset them to default with the frame cap set to 60 and the display set to 120hz so that vrr is enabled (since lowering the refresh rate disables it for some reason???) and theres still dips to the high 40s and sometimes it stutters when you hit an enemy from behind with aigis' ambush

Well that sucks. p3r was the only benchmark I had for a ue5 game that doesn't run like doodoo on the rog ally

I have a rog ally and I purchased the Deluxe Edition, so I also have early access to the game. For some reason the fighting sequence appears slow motion on the ROG. When I run it on my PC with a RTX3060, it runs very smooth. Very disappointed with the rog ally performance with this game, but the game on PC is amazing. It's like DB FighterZ and DB Kakarot had a baby and named it Sparking Zero. Awesome game.

Try these settings, you may want to lower AA to low and Post Proc Low. Since my testing was on Ally X

I am running it at 55ish to 60fps on Ally X

Settings
Borderless 1080p
Resolution scale 60
Anti aliasing medium
Shadows low
Textures high
Post proc high
Effects high
Depth of field low
LOD low
Grass low
Motion blur off
Camera shake high
Destruction effect high

Just tried it on my Legion go. Its very playable, 800p like comment above lower AA to low and post process, its running at 60fps with a few dips to low 50s here and there . im sure its going to be better in the future

I retract my previous statements this game runs well at 720p with everything set to low and with the mod that gets rid of the frame cap and slowdown when there's framedrops

Yeah, I had the Ally as well but return it after two months. I don't understand how people enjoyed that system. I found it to get so hot it would burn my hands and battery life sucks.

The Ally X is leagues better.

Steam deck runs it on low. You should be able to as well.
