Can i run it? i wanna play this game in this potato pc

I Managed to save enough money to buy the normal version of DragonBallSparkingZero,but i am afraid my pc won't be capeable of running it. here is my pc specs:

First of all,it's a laptop so we'realready starting bad lol.

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5825U
Memory: 14 Usable GB RAM
Graphics: AMD Radeon (TM) Graphics
DirectX: Version 12.
Storage: 834 GB space availble
Dedicated GPU memory Usage: 2GB

it's below the minimal requirement but i wanna know by how far,cause i did see some people able to run many high games in computers with below minimal specs.
i reaally wanna play this game but at the same time i dont wanna end up pre ordering just to run in 1FPS when i launch it.
also i heard optimizer softwares can help,and in my experience,a software helped me play dragon ball fighterz in a potato pc.
i am open for ideas or possibilities or whatever that will help me play this game.

everyday laptops users do these new games they know good and well won't work and ignore the laptop's cries. They don't care if it runs like a slideshow, they will still play it.

Worst case scenario low on 720p or lower/30fps

I saw some benchmarks of your cpu and yea it ran some of the past AAA games with low settings so I’d say there is some hope, all there is left is to try the game your self if it doesn’t run well u can always refund before the 2 hours mark. Wish you luck and also ignore the mean comments not everyone have the perk to buy a 2k+ $ pc.

most of my saved up money went for university so all i have left is this pc and and the money for the game,this pc will make it work whatever it liked it or not

thank you,this game series ran threw my family generation and i hope i'll be able to continue that.
