MiniMouseMacro scripts for each level for the speedrun achievement

MiniMouseMacro scripts for each level, if you're struggling with any of them or the speedrun achievement. Just put them into a .txt file and rename it to .mmmacro and load the macro into MiniMouseMacro and you're good to go.

Please add W,A,S,D

It feels a bit uncomfortable to play, especially fast for the Achievement, with just the arrow keys. Adding W,A,S,D as another possibility to play would maybe help some players to play it more comfortable. This would be very nice.

Is there an exit button?

When I'm playing speedrun mode and I want to restart there's no easy way to do it except for quitting the program with the taskbar.
