cant boot up game

I changed my graphics settings mid game and later on when I try to boot it up it just says "unable to set graphics mode"

Memory Access Violation or no launcher on Startup

1: Type "%appdata%" in Windows Search or Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer -_-)
2: Go to the folder named "SCP Containment Breach Multiplayer"
3: In the "data" folder, double click on "options.ini" and open it in Notepad or Notepad++
4: Change "launcher enabled = false" to "launcher enabled = true"
5: Change "play startup video = 1" to "play startup video = false"
6: Profit (Run the game, should work now)

Hi, I tried to do that and the launch menu opens, but as soon as I press launch the message "unable to set graphics mode" appears again. Maybe you can tell me how I can fix that :)

I looked at the notepad and it didn't have the start up video, would that be why its not working?

Well, without knowing your PC's specs, I cannot really provide you any help. I would suggest you tell me your current specs to begin with, and I'll think of a way to help you

Possibly. If so, just try adding the entry manually instead.

so uhh I tried the fix you suggested in here regarding fullscreen but it doesn't work, everytime I try to open the game in fullscreen it just insta crashes and says memory access violation but it works fine without fullscreen

That answers it then, don't use Fullscreen, I also don't. Use Borderless Windowed instead, works better.
