memory access violation and no launcher will pop up

hello everyone, i really need your help to fix my problem basically last time i downloading this shi because me and my bro gonna play this shi and it turns out when i play the game it will say memory access violation and I tried all the methods in youtube by changing the OPTION.INN in the file of the game

Okay so to activate the launcher go to the games main files and double click the options file to open it with a txt. Find the launcher tab and where it says "enable launcher" type true after it

yes when i launched the game through steam the menu does not appear but the game will launch but it will crash and it say memory access violation
