Memory access violation on startup

Hello, been having an issue with the game, the launcher doesn't show up, and I instantly get a memory access violation. I have looked through many thread here, reddit, and the discord. can find any fixes for me. Verified integrity several times along with reinstalling the game, turned secure boot off in the bios. used the 4gb patcher, edited the settings file, deleted the %appdata% folder, and edit that based on the discord, all to no avail. I don't expect to get too much help, but I'd appreciate any help. I do really want this game to work, but might have to wait for the next update or two.

if it's on startup then go to %appdata% via run and then scp file and then data and go to options.ini, in there you will have to put "play startup video" to "false" and then "launcher enabled" to "true"

i have the same issue but making "play startup video" false and "launched enabled" true doesnt fixes my issue
