Bugs that I've encountered so far
I've played the game for a while and, while it's great and really enjoyable, there are a few bugs that can seriously affect the gameplay, specially for people new to the game-

Guards in the intro are laggy:
Every time I load up the game with friends we usually skip the intro because of this, the first guard that you have to follow will usually get stuck before entering SCP-173 chamber. Usually if you wait a while the scene will move on, the door closes and he hands you the document, then the intro proceeds as expected, but if you play with 4 people or more the guard will most likely get stuck and you will be forced to restart without the intro.

SCP-106 Containment procedure doesn't work as expected:
Maybe I did it wrong? After activating the Femur Breaker, SCP-106 refused to appear, so after waiting 1 or 2 minutes I activated the magnets just too see if something would happen, and the old man spawned outside of the giant metal box. It was a weird interaction and I don't think anyone managed to succesfully contain SCP-106 so far.

049 and 966, interactions with the respawn mechanic:
Seriously, ♥♥♥♥ these guys. Whenever they spawn, they just stay there. Permanently. Aren't they supposed to despawn after lingering for a while? The plague doctor is avoidable, kinda, but when we're 5 people trying to explore and we encounter the doctor or the invisible guys for the fifth time it really gets old. It's frustrating. I don't mind running away from them if it means they get to despawn for a while and give me some time to relax.

Shy Guy, please let me through:
So, here's the situation: My partner just died to the shy guy because he made an angry face and the monster didn't like him. Now he's crying in front of the hallway that I REALLY have to go through. I suggest that, whenever SCP-096 kills somebody, he automatically retreats to his chambers or he just wanders around the zone, now having to avoid him more often, because right now he just gets stuck in a crying animation whenever someone dies to him.

SCP-1123 flashbacks:
Whenever you touch the skull, the cutscene will play but it seems the multiplayer game has removed the german soldier model, replacing it instead with a default guard model. I think this is an easy fix, and it only bothers me a little bit because it ruins the immersion of the scene.

Game loading is kinda broken:
Whenever you set a spawnpoint, that's the game saving itself, there is one and only save slot that overwrites every time you "save" ingame, even if it's only for setting a safer spawnpoint. This makes loading a game really hard, and most of the times you end up with more bugs than before. There should be a way to manually save a game and the items for each of the players that joined the lobby, because so far i've been forced to restart every time I play with friends.

Game menu shenanigans:
Whenever you die, there's a chance you will accidentally click "Quit Game" instead of "Respawn". When you open the menu, you can also accidentally click "Suicide" when you really wanted to change the options. There should be a confirmation option for these two, to prevent accidental ragequits and dying.

WTF WHY I DIDN'T MAKE ANY NOISE:
SCP-939 will often detect you even if you're crouching and not making any noise, which make the stealth phases really hard and you often have to rely on cheesing the whole section with one or two players baiting the monsters, and the other ones looting the whole place.

General bugs and glitches:
You've seen them before, enemies getting stuck, players phasing through walls, enemy AI getting really weird and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up, desync problems with some SCPs, the usual stuff.

Balancing issues:
Playing on multiplayer makes avoiding some SCPs harder, like SCP-106 (everyone runs from him until he grabs someone and despawns) and some others easier, like SCP-173 (everyone just stares at him and run away). Also, if a player gets to the Heavy Containment Zone through the Pocket Dimension, he will unlock it for the other players without them having to go through the surveillance room, skipping the spawn trigger for SCP-049 and making the game a lot easier.
Item distribution is weird, not everyone will get a keycard or a gas mask so everyone has to stay together and cooperate, but interacting with the document that the guard gives you at the intro, or grabbing an item from the hole in the wall duplicates said item, my guess is that there is some kind of "item sharing" mechanic planned for the future, but I don't really know.

That's more or less all the bugs i've found in the game, I know it's an outdated engine and it's hard to code a multiplayer game on something like this, but the work done so far is great and it could be a better experience if the developers could fix some of the game breaking and game softlocking bugs first, then concentrating on the balancing issues and updating the game. Thank you for making this multiplayer mod, the community is great and the game really needed something like this.
