Maybe try looking at system requirements? Your gpu is clearly below minimal specs.

WINDOWS NVIDIA | ONLINE SESSION CRASH FIX

I did this and so far its working now for me online with no crashes

press start, goto search
search "Game Mode Settings"
here click the Graphics menu

search to these two files
Steam\steamapps\common\TEKKEN 8\Tekken 8.exe

Steam\steamapps\common\TEKKEN 8\Polaris\Binaries\Win64\Polaris-Win64-Shipping.exe

add both files, set to high performance and check the box Don't use optimisations for windowed games.

next goto steam, right click Tekken 8, click browse to local files

right click Tekken 8.exe - check Disable full screen optimisations & run as administrator

next same again via
Tekken 8\Polaris\Binaries\Win64\Polaris-Win64-Shipping.exe

right click Polaris-Win64-Shipping.exe - check Disable full screen optimisations & run as administrator

Next if your nvidia, go into nvidia control panel / adjust image settings with preview & check let the 3d application decide.

Run the game in window mode not fullscreen or borderless.

Finally this one is optional / but do it if your having serious issues and login to your router, set port forwarding to

TCP & UDP: 27015,

TCP & UDP 27031-27036

Use the Proton Hotfix Compatibility, seems to work for me.
