TAAU, 60 Render Scale, Everything Medium except effects
There are a good amount of potato stage mods out now that could help you with performance, might be worth a try. I downloaded a semi potato mod for Arena and Midnight Siege and it helped me out since i'd get slight frame drops on any settings on those 2 stages. Now it's super smooth.
The only other thing you can try is to change to TSR upscaling and reduce the scaling even further down to like 60%. You may see just two single pixels fighting but hopefully at 60fps.

upon further testing and investigate, i now know the problem is def cause of the stages, floor/ wall breaking stages specifically.
shout out to the potato stage mod, you can find the mod on google quickly.
the mod includes all none wall/ floor breaking stages and keep the absolute minimum of those stages.
when wall/ floor break happens:
1. render latency goes from 15.6ms usually to 30ms+
2. gpu usage spike to 99%, if it holds at 100% for like 10 seconds game will crash with that "device hung" error
3. gpu clock also spike, tho im not too sure if its a bad thing in this case?
4. gpu power usage from 45ish to 80ish
this behavior is consistent through out all wall/ floor breaking cutscene and the next 10ish seconds of the round
after wall break happens, cpu/gpu would take time loading the extended stage is what i assume happening in background, causing major fps dip. and after its done loading the extended part, the numbers go back to normal
and very rare occasion, fps would dip upon successful heat engager
the potato modded stages without wall/ floor break, all of them run smoothly with stable numbers, no spiking to be seen any where. it would dip to 57 at worst and very much playable
so thats all my findings after 3 days just fking around with the game's graphics options and optimizations. i hope this post has the info some people might need on the fps dropping problems
gameplay video, fps never dips below 58 while recording btw

as for the numbers, i tested the game at 720p and 50% scaling thinking it would help, but nah, it uses less resources sure, but when floor/wall break it 100% will spike and dip fps.
put the game at 1080p 70 scaling, clock speed maintain 1800+ in game no spiking, power usage 75-90 watts stable, and generally just a good stable experience at 60fps
and to be honest it looks ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing for my ♥♥♥♥♥♥ pc xD
Buy a cheap rx6600 or 7600 if you have an b550 Board. Your CPU should be fine
No sure if it always happens but I had a problem yesterday and closing chrome instantly fixed it.
i have an asrock a320 board is it a going to be a problem?
I use an amd ryzen 5 7600 and 32gb ram mit amd expo. I think my Mainboard is superior
But what i noticed no matter what i Do with my ingame settings i am Hard locked 59fps i dont understand why and dont know if that Has an impact for enemys. I tried to Hard lock with nvidia panel but Nothing works out.
I dont feel the 1fps in any war btw.
