For some reason I turned FSR 2.0 since I own an AMD gpu and it only made the game run worse like what the hell? I assume it's the game's fault, I have a 6600xt and a 8 core CPU

I turned off Vsync and now the fights are at normal speed.
But I get some screen tear before the fight starts, i hope i won't get any during the fight.
I guess the problem is my screen/monitor.
