Looks blurry and stutters a bit (gfn ultimate)

Giving this game a try again and it's still acting up. As I'm using gfn I'm using a gtx 4090. No idea on the cpu but it's topshelf hardware.

Shader compilation takes ages too meaning I'd have to sit around for 15 minutes on each loadup

Thanks for the response, sadly i play through gfn. (Cloud gaming) so i can't do that. Thankfully however upping the res to 38xx to whatever the second dimension was fixes the blur issue and recompiling shaders removes 99% of stutters.

So.... you're streaming the game? Wouldn't that make the RTX 4090 irrelevant?
