On launch day, I used Steams's 'Controller Layout' to set my controller to use a generic 'Gamepad' template instead of the 'Official Configuration'... This allowed vibration to work, and also eliminated instances of double input... Maybe it is also the reason why I can still control my camera?
I've never had any technical problem (stuttering or whatsoever) but after new patch, ingame camera keep rotating by itself, and right analog stick isn'working anymore. I tried change controller, recompile, test analog on steam controller, nothing seem to fix this. Curious thing, My Logithech Ergo mouse make camera rotate (but even turning off mouse doens't change anything).
I tried a clean install on a laptop, and even in this case, camera is not working via gamepad, but only with laptop trackpad
I'm near the end of this awesome game, and now it is unplayable to me :(
Before the update it was working like a charm, with no issues...but it seems is not possible to install the game without the new patch
There are simple instructions here if anyone else wants to try this. It has fixed the issue for me.

Thanks, changing the resolution fixed the camera problem for me. Unfortunately ultrawide doesn't work anymore, but at least game is playable in this way.
Thanks for the tip
