One question I have: The minspec calls for an Intel Core i7-7700. (3.6Ghz x 4)
I have an i5-8400 (2.8Ghz x 6)
Would more cores make up for the difference in processor speed?
It really depends on the software you are running, I have a hunch that it will work fine but no way to tell until you buy it and try. Refund if it don't work for you.
It may not be optimized past a certain amount of cores, or it could have an important function that is single-threaded and suffers because of it.
Good luck. I see you purchased it, hopefully it runs well for you.
I fully expect 20 FPS in menus and +25 degrees room temperature... I hope not.
