Custom Reshade

I decided that the washed out look just wasn't floating my boat, especially after the crisp colorful Last Hope and most modern games not looking like they are running at 50% screen resolution with a layer of urine over top. Amazingly a reshade I cooked up worked a treat, in my opinion anyways. If you guys are interested I can share it. I think lol.

NOTE:

Thanks to the support I have got here I decided to just make this whole concept into a GUIDE! the links to download as well as DETAILED instructions with pictures for how to set this up are now contained there. thanks again everybody!

Turn bloom off in the game settings and it looks like this naturally without reshade.

i downloaded the "reshade" app myself and now the game looks beautiful after activating some of the effects (sharpen etc)

Ty rly good. I activate lunasharp and lift the gamma cause it was tooo dark for me. But anyways now its perfect

For sure! I think it's a good baseline/start point, but that's the beauty of Reshade, tweak it to be perfect for how you like! 😉

I tried lunasharp but outdoors in daylight I felt it was too bright, made the sky glow a bit and you could barely see clouds and stuff.

if a game looks washed out it usually means you're not making use of nvidia full dynamic range, nor have your monitor/tv's black levels set up right. plenty of screenshots in the screenshots section look just fine to me
