Discord doesn't recognize this game
I'm trying to stream this game in Discord, but the game doesn't appear in the screen option nor can I find it in the Registered Games to add. I can see the app open in the taskbar but it just won't show up. Tried all the screen options in the game and no dice. Anyone else having this issue?

I'm suffering from the same phenomenon.
It does respond to the setup window on first startup.

Properties > local files > verify integrity of game file

All this did was make the game compile the shaders again, after that Discord went back to not recognising it.
