I missed where I get the force lift ability

I am though quite a bit of the game, and I am now trying to save zee at the Viscid bog. But I don't have force lift pull yet. I must have missed it on one of the other mission. I am beyond saving the data with Merrien, and she showed me the force dash (if that helps you show where I am so far). But It seems like I need force lift to get the the section if the Lucrid hulk to get it, but you need it to get to the lucrid hulk?
I am lost here and none of the search's I made show you 'where' to get it but only 'how' to use it.

You get the ability in the Lucrehulk while you are making your way to Zee. You're missing a path/zipline that will take you to the Lucrehulk

Thank you. I got there and saw the stone spire to lift and saw I was missing it and thought “how do I get there now lol.”
