This game will require you to be online to play it, as well as signing into your EA account every time.
Its going to be an online only game, just not an online multiplayer.
Also when less people play it years from now, they will shut down the servers and you will no longer be able to play it.
Anyway, It's just a personal opinion...
Just I can totally see a 3rd fighting game, a MOBA, or something else with lightsabers. This...its an adventure game that happens to have a lightsaber. Cal could also be beating people with a shovel for most of the game, and I would still buy it because I love single player adventure games.
I do not understand today's young generation how they can demand multiplayer in all PC games.
What's with people demanding multiplayer in single player games, PvP in co-op games, or now PvP in single player games?
'You know what would make this game better? If it was a different game!'
people who want multiplayer in single player games are weird types.
Edit: A lightsaber dueling game designed for multiplayer sounds like good fun, but tacking multiplayer onto a single player game doesn't usually end well.
