The 3060 6GB is also a bit of a weak card for 1080p native at console equivalent settings, and really benefits from DLSS upscaling and frame generation. That said, I wouldn't expect it to drop below 60 FPS given the correct settings.
That said, the 6GB of VRAM really hurts it. You might be hitting the VRAM limit, and suffering additional FPS drops beyond the majority of players. Minimum requirements are 8GB of VRAM.
Also, laptops have additional power and thermal considerations, which might affect FPS. Make sure your laptop has adequate airflow. And make sure to restart your computer before starting the game, to avoid any sleep mode glitchiness.
Other recommendations are to cap your frame rate in the NVIDIA control panel for a more consistent rate. If you are not using Frame Generation, then you may want to cap it at 30 FPS.
agreed, even powerful systems has some drops,i myself personaly changed my field of view to default and it did give me some fps boost ,but it is not perfect.
Bigger dips are evidence of higher peaks? I'm not sure if I ever saw a locked 60 FPS at that spot to begin with.
