I've tried several things, and I haven't had any success. Apparently thanks to path 9 this will not be possible to resolve, however, EA has not done anything so far.
1440p has become a popular resolution, but NVIDIA GPUs have not been provided VRAM for high resolution low Frame Rate settings. This seems to lead to either instability of drivers crashing when VRAM is exceeded, or texture pop-in.
I would recommend going down to the Medium Graphics preset, and then using DLSS to upscale from Balanced or Performance to your desired resolution. See if that resolves the texture pop-in issue.
That's what happens when you hire the cheapest camera man.
