Artifacts and ghosting with frame gen on

Whenever I turn frame generation on, the UI goes wild every time I move the camera, and the ghosting is noticeable. If I turn Frame Gen off, those issues are gone, but it would be nice to get those extra frames. Is there any fix for that or is my brand new 4070ti defective?

This is the first time I have seen this kind of issue with frame generation (at least in the games I tested, like CP77, Witcher, and Plague Tale. Requiem). I just bought this game, but I'm considering refunding it already...
