Apparently EA will lose the rights to Star Wars after this but Ubisoft and Massive Games are making something in the future.

Their contract ended a few days ago, or maybe a week ago, but yes there will likely be more Jedi games as the game very much sets up a sequel at the end with the line from Cere.

I have hopes for the game ubisoft is making, Im just glad they're making more star wars games to be honest. Although I am definitely looking forward to Eclipse.

Wrong, they lost their exclusive license, there is a big difference. They can make as many Star Wars games as they wish, but so can others now.

There's at least one more Jedi game in the works to complete this trilogy

They didn’t lose rights, they just no longer hold exclusive rights. Basically for 10 years, EA were the only publisher that could release a Star Wars games. Now Lucasfilm have (re)created their own games licensing company “Lucasfilm Games”, formerly “Lucasarts”. And now, or once again, any developer is open to license Star Wars games through them.

I don’t want EA to be the only company publishing Star Wars games. I’m not sure how explaining the licensing change is shilling, but whatever I guess.

If they make enough money they will likely make a squeal. Although I personally thought the story was hands down weaker than the first game. I thought Kashyyyk had more cinematic wowfactor moments alone then the whole second game. I feel very cautiously optimistic for the third story.
