Also you should not try to block or parry the rancors attacks. Secret is to avoid them using dodge or jump+dash and hitting them a couple times (on single blade stance) between their attacks.
You could also try to wait until finish the story to get all the Force upgrades.
Thanks bro! Used the suggested technique. Managed to beat them. Still can't wrap my head around the Rancor walking through one another :\
Likely a collision bug. I used the same strategy as you against those damn Oggdo bogo. xD
That beign said, I think the general approach--on higher levels--should consist of experimenting with the right perks (big block meter comes in mind, for example), and blocking the heck out of each Rancor's normal attacks while dash-jump-airdashing away from red attacks and chipping their health with 2 save attacks whenever the situation allows for it.
