Fallen Order ran much better. Combat was fair while remaining challenging.
Survivor has more to do, more interesting level design, combat seems unfair at times for the sake of a challenge. Still really good.

The platforming is obnoxious though. Fallen Order was a good balance of reasonable platforming mixed in with combat and exploration. Survivor is just dumb at times with the ridiculous platforming.

Performance and story outstanding, I think its better than fallen order in only a few things.

Combat is a bit better and exploration is also a tad better. Other than that it feels the same.

Yep, i enjoyed the story more, even though fallen order was great too, the combat has been improved in every area, it's a great sequel

One problem i have is that at least in my playthrough Cal felt so weak. Attacks did little damage, force powers felt nerfed and the enemies block and health was just brutal.

Felt more of a powerful jedi in Fallen Order

The level design in this game can be really tiresome at times with the amount of climbing you will have to do

I don't know, I wasn't able to run Surviver long enough to compare properly

I guess this type of question will be answered properly in 6 months down the line, when the game can be run at full FPS without glitches. This is the same thing I did with Fallen Order, bought it long after release to avoid the bugs.

Other than that, they look like very similar games, though from the style perspective there's something I like better about the Fallen Order planets. I really enjoyed Dathomir, Kashyk, etc. Here the planets look a little plain.

My gaming computer, begs for help. To begin with, the graphics are beautiful, but when you change the settings it's still laggy like ultra or high, ect. Secondly, the combat. When you compare Fallen Order this mess. It has decent combat, but now, the combat is like: " why did you make this, please stop it. Finally: The atmosphere and planets. In the beginning of Survivor. We start in the levels of Coruscant. Pretty good, but then the next planet, it's plain, nothing exciting, it feels boring. This is Lemon Signing Off.

I think Survivor is a better game in nearly all aspects, except for the performance which is much worse than Fallen Order was at its launch, and even FO was not good.

Only improvements are graphics and skipable cutscenes but I don't see how can play this again after beating it. Fallen Order is more replayable but you can't skip cutscenes. 90 percent of the game is platforming puzzles. The map is too big based on how the character controls, I felt I was playing batman arkham using that grapple so damn much, and some of the platforming is good, it's the core of the game, with the combat being a back seat and it shows. The animations of the attacks are much better than Fallen Order, the duels were a lot more smooth and fluid, looked almost life like with the movements. The graphics are better here, but not the animation and it's a shame because the game looks great.

Yes, this on actually ran better than Fallen Order when it came out (the frame rate on that was 20 FPS for everyone before the 1st patch), and while there are things I don't love like some of the timed jumping puzzles (that one ball puzzle on Jehda), the pub, how side quests were done, and the bigger more alive worlds were greatly appreciated. Just Kobo had enough random prospectors and animals to do a good job as a frontier world, and the different biomes work well for me.

Also again I have had better than 30 FPS on ultra at launch, and now am at 60 most of the time.

Absolutely, its just Fallen Order with more stuff! It's also been running fine for me on my my intel i5-11400 with Geforce GTX 1660 Ti, which I considered a budget gaming PC when I bought it 2 years ago.

Easily Yes ( tho if I am having performance issues i dont feel it in the gameplay)
