Latest Nvidia drivers installed
Power mode set to high performance
Jedi Survivor .exe set to high performance

Getting below 60 fps on 1080p, medium settings, even after patch. Any have same issue or any fix?

Same issue, but for me it has been like this since day 1. One thing i can be grateful for is the fact that i have has the same issue since day one. Only slight improvements, but only noticeable in an area i was testing in on Coruscant. Another thing I can be grateful for is the fact i have only crashed once and i was able to complete the game.

RTX 2070 SUPER
i7-9700F 3.00GHz (4.7 TURBO)
32GB RAM
1080p tested 60Hz-144Hz

Diagnostic software like OCCT and Hwinfo64 are really granular but very good for getting an idea on how your whole system is behaving. Even windows task manager has a CPU chart that can show you a rough aggregate for CPU speed. At first glance, you're likely held back by CPU and Memory until further possible optimization patches. RAM OC is daunting, so not recommended for beginners, but it's good to learn about it as Latency is a huge factor for performance to all PCs, but especially older non X3D Ryzens.

If you're interested to check latency, you'd need to run Aida64's Memory latency benchmark. This is something that a lot of people should really check out as we turn the corner from old consoles.

Sadly, its a common occurence. These new Ports from current gen consoles really like fast CPU's and memory, and Zen 2 below (even Zen 3 stock) aren't cutting it without some serious optimisations. Same for older non hyperthreaded intel CPU's with high latency memory.

I am no techy does this seem like everything is performing as should be obviously other than the game? IDK how much CPU usage there should be at any given moment. Also I have over clocked my GPU with MSI afterburner to where I don't crash on anything.

I'm using a 4090, on Koboh at the observatory. GPU utilization is at 41%, CPU utilization 32% and frames are at 45. It's pretty bonkers how bad the performance is. I've done all the "try this, set this to so-and-so" options to try and improve performance, but it's just so bad. I refuse to pay some guy for a DLSS mod out of principle. Crazy how EA and Respawn thought this was acceptable.

The bottleneck for this game is the same. CPU speed, and memory speed/latency. that is one of the roughest areas in the whole game so it's a good test spot for sure. GPU won't matter in such a scenario. Regardless, no one can dispute it needs more optimization.

Depends on the GPU and settings. In that video their GPU is hitting near 100% utilization fairly regularly throughout.

True for a few seconds there was 99% utilisation, but without other metrics like power draw and frequency, I have no clue how it would be 99% utilised. This is the problem with arm chair trouble shooting with limited info. Most of the time it was 80 and below. but I've seen RX6600's and 3060's do better so it's got to be more than Nvidia driver overhead. Only thing that would make sense in this instance else a bug in which ray tracing was somehow still on as a 2070S is extremely capable for 1080p raster.

One cannot doubt this game be jank still....

I have a 2070 super and I get 60fps on 1440p high settings RT off but thats only on Coruscant, I have not played anymore yet, I did NOT update drivers though, I am still on an nvidea driver from February lol
