Could always use a trainer and use its hotkey of course. Wemod is good and free.
Hmm. I can't think of any other way to be able to turn it on quickly other than a trainer. I just checked wemod and sadly slomo isn't one of the options. CheatHappens trainer has a hot key for slowmo but CheatHappens isn't free.
This cheat engine table has a option to increase and decrease game speed. Worth a shot at least.
Edit: Link removed, that isn't a CE table, its for some app called cheat evolution. And they put some cheats behind a subscription including the slowmo one. So forget that.
Maybe try this table. It sounds like it has what you are looking for.

Hmm let me try real quick. Did you set how slow you wanted it?
Edit: It works for me. Including that CE table. You can just set a hotkey for the slowmo option in CE
Oh I agree. And yeah I just tried the games built in slomo option and even on the lowest speed it makes no difference. That trainer however, the slomo works perfectly.
The game dose have a way to add a hotkey for it though.

But considering it seems to not work, that doesn't really matter. right now anyways.
What I find interesting is that even at 30% (slowest speed) you can tell how tight some of these wall runs are to hit properly because it is still possible to miss even at 30%.
